Define a small set of content roles
Give each piece of content a job. Education builds understanding, proof builds confidence, perspective builds recognition and offers create action. These roles prevent a calendar filled with unrelated posts.
Three to five recurring pillars are usually enough. Each pillar should connect an audience need with something your business can credibly teach or demonstrate.
Design formats you can repeat
A visual system should include layouts for common communication needs: tips, statements, proof, offers, stories and carousels. Repeating structure is not laziness; it creates recognition and reduces production time.
Keep typography, spacing and color rules stable while changing the message. Consistency should support the content, not make every post identical.
Plan in batches and review monthly
Capture ideas continuously, choose the strongest ones for the month and produce similar formats together. Batching reduces context switching.
At the end of the month, review saves, replies, qualified clicks and conversations. Repeat what created useful behavior, not only what received the most impressions.
