After PayPal confirms payment, the success page recognizes your product and shows its protected download.
03How long is download access available?+
The ZIP may be downloaded five times during seven days. Files saved from it do not expire.
04Do I need Canva Pro?+
Only when the product page states that a Pro feature or asset is required. Canva controls account and feature availability.
05Can I use products for client work?+
Yes, for exported client results. You may not redistribute the original editable template.
06Can I share the ZIP or Canva link?+
No. The license belongs to one buyer and original files, templates and access links cannot be redistributed.
07What if the download fails?+
Keep your PayPal transaction ID, capture the error and email abstractcreatestore@gmail.com.
08Can I request a refund?+
Refunds may apply to duplicate charges, defective or incorrect files, unresolved delivery failure or where required by law.
09Are free tools professional advice?+
No. They are informational starting points that require your judgment or an appropriate professional adviser.
